I'm Tamilselvan, a personal trainer and physique coach based in Perambalur. Over five years of coaching I've learned that results don't come from the hardest program. They come from the one you can actually stick to.

I had tried many random diets before, but nothing lasted. Here, the plan was practical and the workouts were adjusted based on my fitness level. After a few months, my clothes started fitting better and I felt much more active throughout the day.


At my age, I was worried that the training would be too difficult. But everything was explained properly and increased step by step. My stomach has reduced, my body feels lighter, and now I can walk and climb stairs without getting tired quickly.
